Time Out says

Vines, views and village charm abound in the ever-so-charming Adelaide Hills, arguably one of Australia's most underrated wine regions. You can saddle up and explore all this beautiful region has to offer on a five-hour e-bike tour with Bike About. The cherry on top? You won't need any deso driver for this one.

Keen riders will meet their guide at The Lane Vineyard, where they'll be fitted and kitted up for the two-wheeled adventure ahead. Your first port of call is Beerenberg, a family-owned strawberry farm that has been making delicious jams in the Adelaide Hills since 1975. During berry season from November to April, you can grab a punnet and wander the farm yourself, picking your own juicy berries to take home.

Next, saddle up for a leisurely ride to heritage-listed Hahndorf, Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement. Here, you can take in the leafy main strip, where artisans sell everything from German cuckoo clocks and candlesticks to traditional sweets, cheeses and craft beers.

For stop three, you'll head to Udder Delights, a charming cheese factory where you can sample the region's finest dairy products. What pairs better with cheese than wine? Jump back on your e-bike and zip over to Shaw and Smith for a wine flight featuring five of their most premium drops. Just remember to pace yourself, as you'll need the stamina to pedal back to The Lane Vineyard for a final 'Taste the Lane' wine experience.
