Whether you’re into plant-powered eating or conscious consumerism, you’ll want to head for The Good Life Show coming to Cape Town from May 31 – June 2, 2024.

Hosted under one roof at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, The Good Life Show is actually four inter-connected events tapping into the global trend towards more sustainable living:

  • The Plant-Powered Show, Africa’s premier plant-based food, drink and conscious living event
  • Natural & Organic Show
  • The Free-from Show
  • SustainEx, focused on living a sustainable life

The Good Life Kitchen is perhaps the star of the three-day show, with well-known chefs demonstrating the best ways to create healthy, delicious and sustainable meals. Meet-and-greets and book signings will also be on offer, while you can add a little liquid inspiration to your show with a visit to The Sustainable Pub for conscious cocktails by leading mixologists.

Another highlight is the Expo marketplace, where you’ll find an array of sustainable products from beverages to beauty, appliances to accessories. Expect plenty of free samples and tasters!

There is also a busy schedule of masterclasses and talks on the bill, with nutritionists, health and sustainability experts designed to educate and inspire.

Masterclasses (for premium ticket holders) will also offer access to leading chefs and mixologists who will demonstrate how to create everything from vegan cheese and artisanal ice cream to traditional kimchi.

The Good Life Show runs at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from May 31 until June 2, 2024.
