Teratotera Festival 2015 – Sprout –

Responsible for all kinds of artistic fun along the Chuo line, the ongoing Teratotera art project is putting on its annual festival in and around Mitaka, with the neighbourhood enlivened by everything from street performances to exhibitions and gigs. There are always plenty of highlights at this one, with this year's programme including nine artists setting up installations in vacant spaces around Mitaka Station, a concert at a judo training hall and multi-disciplinary theatre performances every day during the event period.
