Time Out says

Located inside the tranquil Hama-rikyu Gardens, this scenic teahouse is situated on a tidal pond connected by charming wooden bridges to the land. Remove your shoes and sit on the traditional tatami mats, or when the weather allows, on the benches outside. Enjoy the peaceful scenery of the beautiful landscaped garden over a bowl of freshly whisked matcha served with wagashi, dainty Japanese confectionery (¥850).

If you can’t get enough of traditional teahouse aesthetics, then join the garden’s guided tour (in Japanese only) every Thursday (from 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1pm and 2pm) that takes you into two other teahouses on the premises which are usually closed to visitors.
