Hooters Tokyo (CLOSED)

Clad in skin-tight tank tops and orange hot pants, the waitresses at Hooters have always been a bigger draw than the food itself. Perhaps that's why this most well-endowed of American restaurant chains chose to open its first Japan branch not somewhere trendy like Shibuya, but in the salaryman-infested district of Akasaka. Believe it or not, Hooters Tokyo was marketed as a family restaurant when it first opened in October 2010, but the staff and regular clientele both seem to know better. If you can keep your eyes on your plate rather than ogling the staff (and Lord knows, they do enough to distract you – incessant dance routines included), the restaurant offers some decent-enough burgers and chicken wings.
