Bareburger Ginza

The Queens-born, organic patty-pushing Bareburger chain landed in Tokyo last year with far less fanfare than the likes of Shake Shack and Carl's Jr, but has proved to be a very capable purveyor of reasonably priced gourmet burgers (including wagyu and vegan ones). The second Bareburger outpost in the city opened inside Ginza's new and shiny Tokyu Plaza on the last day of March, and serves up chicken and turkey patties alongside the standard beef ones, plus rich milkshakes, 'Macho Fries', organic wine and so on.
