Just in time for Halloween: don't miss this rare opportunity to hear composer Danny Elfman perform a potpourri of his infectious scores from movies by Tim Burton, who the Simpsons theme composer been collaborating with for the better part of three decades. For The Nightmare Before Christmas, Elfman himself will sing the role of Jack Skellington as in the film, while the programme also includes music from Edward Scissorhands, Batman, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, Beetlejuice and more. John Mauceri will conduct the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra while clips from the films and Burton's artwork are played on screen. Don’t forget to dress up as your favourite character.
