Venezuelan producer and beat maker Arca is a surprise addition to the Tokyo spring gig calendar. Specialising in industrial hip-hop and strangely twisted tunes, he's also collaborated with artist Jesse Kanda in creating Trauma, a 'subconscious' film that earned an exhibit at New York's MoMA. Delve into Arca's dark and mysterious world at Liquidroom, but don't expect a night of especially danceable beats.
