British superstar chef Jason Atherton has rebranded Keong Saik Snacks with a new moniker, The Study, to compliment his now not-so-secret bar, The Library. This bistro, on the ground floor of hotel Naumi Liora, comes with new executive chef, Victor Caballe Molina, who has swiftly cleared away old favourites like the The Kimchi Burger, for a range of new British-esque dishes, such as Baked bone marrow, parsley, snails, grilled sourdough and Grilled lamb chops.
