It’s the most expensive hotel ever built in Australia and it shows. It’s the place to stay for a true 5-star (some even say 6-star) hotel experience. Luxurious finishes, attentive staff and fancy décor greet you, as do the seven metre woven ceilings in the lobby. The buffet breakfast is considered the best in Perth, as are the Bellinis you order while eating it. The restaurant, Epicurean, is also home to the largest chocolate fountain in the Southern Hemisphere.
Time Out tip: Take a dip in the lagoon style pool no matter what the weather, it’s heated to 30 degrees all year round.
