As food truck mania starts to abate, a new trend is revving up on the boulevards of Paris: the fashion truck. Exhibit A: Caravan Shop, a golden-grey Peugeot J9 van driven by itinerant fashionista Elisa Massardy. No cheeseburgers here – strictly vintage clothes and accessories. The range is interesting and surprisingly broad given the van's dimensions, and the pricetags won't give your accountant any grey hairs. Expect to pay €59 for a short black and gold Carminn dress, €48 for By Loumi branded porcelain earrings, or €29 for an ethnic rucksack that screams gap year. And if you don't go for the threads, go for the novelty. In a year's time you'll be able to say you were there first.
