Though it’s been a respected name in the mysterious world of truffles since 1932, Maison de la Truffe has only recently opened its first restaurant. Yet of course, one doesn’t spend that many decades in the business without picking up a thing or two about how to serve a truffle. As such, the attention to detail and knowledge of the craft on display at the restaurant is worthy of a gasp of wonder – the team here being ready to guide you through the subtleties and delights of this particular delicacy, which are on display in all their many forms.
Fine ravioli and ricotta dishes, as well as a good cheese selection, are among the other non-truffle-based delights on the menu, all served in a setting whose contemporary stone and glass decor adds to the feeling of class.
