Time Out says

This summerlong program of free events, sponsored by the Howard Hughes Corporation, aims to revitalize the South Street Seaport. Offerings are focused around Fulton Street and Front Street, and include al-fresco film screenings (Wed, Sat 8pm), outdoor yoga (Sat 9–10am), live bands (Sun 3pm) and the Brooklyn Flea–curated Smorgasbar(Mon–Thu, Sun 11am–10pm; Fri, Sat 11am–11pm). In addition, eight shipping containers have been refurbished to create a two-story pop-up mall, which houses Magnolia Bakery, a TKTS booth and other vendors downstairs, and the Topsider Bar upstairs.
