More than 40,000 firecrackers lit up the sky over the Hudson River for the 2013 Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks. This year Usher served as a "curator" for the spectacle, putting together the event's soundtrack, performing on the televised broadcast and collaborating on a firework effect that repesented a "beating heart." As has been the case in recent years, the best viewing spots were found along Manhattan's west side and points in Jersey (though a pier or boat would work just fine too). How was your view of the show?
