Do you like Huey Lewis and the News? Their early work was a little too new wave for our tastes, but when Sports came out in ’83, we think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. Anyway, Huey Lewis is playing at Citi Field directly after the Mets-versus-Marlins game, combining ’80s nostalgia with baseball and thus providing the answer to your “Gee, what am I gonna do on Saturday night?” question. Take the 7 train to Citi Field, watch the great American pastime, and then jam out to “The Power of Love” and “Hip to be Square.” These ’80s rock legends don’t often play stadiums anymore, so if you are not shaking your ass in your stadium seat, then you may indeed have no ass. A baseball game and Huey Lewis? There hasn’t been a more perfect coupling since PB&J.
