Halloween 2013: Photos from the Webster Hell party (slide show)

This year's Village Halloween Parade was an extra special one: The 40th annual event went forward, thanks to a successful crowd-funding campaign. So there was plenty to celebrate at the official after-party held each year at the sprawling Webster Hall. Partygoers went all out on their outfits (no surprise, given there was $5,000 at stake in a costume contest); burlesque performances, DJs and a ritual "virgin sacrifice" at midnight rounded out the entertainment.
