Time Out says

The most outrageous festival of the summer has returned, this time taking over Hunts Point in the Bronx.

Among abandoned factories and silos, with a view of the water as a backdrop, partygoers wander through giant art installations, cars that have been transformed into psychedelic pads and a pirate ship, all packed with aerialists, fire performers, naughty circus acts and more. As for the music, this year’s lineup includes Bassnectar, Snakeships, Emancipator, Dirtybird Players, Jade Cicada, Kurtis Blow, Sage Armstrong, Lost Desert, Eli Light, Justin Jay and many more—performing on custom-crafted Earth, Wind, Fire and Water sages. Between sets, you can get your body painted, peruse jewelry and clothes from funky vendors and indulge in food-truck bites from local eateries. As always, expect to see futuristic and fabulously sexy technology at every turn.

This is the time for big makeup, massive boots and skimpy looks. You better buy your glitter sunscreen by the gallon for this one.
