A Promise Is a Cloud

A Public Art Fund–sponsored project brings the work of three artists and a collective—Ohad Meromi, Adam Pendleton, Erin Shirreff and Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries, respectively—to MetroTech Commons: an angular blue sculpture, a black signpostlike structure, a series of flags and a video screen that displays frantic textual messages.
