Shakespeare's Sonnets

Robert Wilson, the revered lighting designer, set designer and director (often in that order), stages selected sonnets by William Shakespeare, set to music by troubled-romantic singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright. In a nod to the poems' unstable sexuality, the male parts will be played by women and vice versa.
