Primary Stages (at the Duke on 42nd Street)

Founded in 1984, the Off Broadway company Primary Stages has produced new work by such major playwrights as Horton Foote, Charles Busch, Terrence McNally, David Ives and Conor McPherson. Having recently departed the 59E59 Theaters complex, the troupe is now residing at the Duke.
