1640 Park Ave between 115th and 116th Sts. Subway: 6 to 116th St. Every Sunday, anywhere from 10 to 30 local vendors set up shop under the Metro-North tracks selling jewelry, art, apparel and grub. Snack on Pipernilli vegan cookies ($10 per dozen) and Tanto Sabor empanadas ($3) while shopping for SfragaSaga Jewelry oak-tree necklaces ($495) and Michele Bidault Paris silk-and-chiffon brooches ($15).
