Former publicist Emily Titelman and Parsons grad Meredith Blank pooled creative forces to open this high-end women’s boutique. The college friends have curated a fall collection that’s fresh and distinctive by scouting emerging designers on Etsy and in Parisian showrooms. Fashionable downtowners can sip complimentary coffee and tea while browsing Swash sheer stretch leggings ($220), Dusen Dusen elastic-waist dresses ($265) and Devastee printed blazers ($475). Not to be limited to clothing and accessories, Dagny & Barstow has also teamed with e-commerce site ArtStar to sell affordable contemporary artwork for less than $500.
