For a city as burger-crazed as New York, it takes an entire week of patty-packed events to give the beloved sandwich its due. Gourmet ground-beef purveyor Schweid & Sons has organized this weeklong series of burger events, from a beer-paired boozy burger brunch to a bourbon-and-burgers dinner that includes a cocktail-making class.
