Inwood's clubby Dominican restaurant opens a 150-seat sibling on the Upper West Side. Dig into Latin plates, like a citrusy red-snapper ceviche, filet mignon taquitos and seafood-and-chorizo paella. Tropical quaffs, like a passion-fruit caipirinha and a pear-vodka-spiked sangria, make up the cocktail menu.
