The gourmet grilled-cheese trend shows no sign of slowing with the debut of this 13-seat sandwich shop. Choose from nine globe-trotting sammies, including cotija with tomatillos and a corn-jalapeño puree on peasant bread; the Italian semihard cheese puzzone with speck and sage on French sourdough; and Iberico cheese with anchovies, caramelized onion, portobello mushroom and red peppers. You can add bone-marrow butter for an extra buck.
