Time Out says

Ferment-loving couple Patrick Watson and Michele Pravda (Stinky Bklyn, Smith & Vine) focus on beer and charcuterie for this Bushwick emporium. Find more than 200 brews by can and bottle (Blue Mountain Full Nelson Pale Ale, Ithaca Flower Power IPA), with a mix-and-match six-pack station, as well as 20 varieties by growler (Brooklyn Brewery Defender, Sixpoint Atlantic Amber). Local purveyors like Salumeria Biellese and Charlito's Cocina offer their cured meats, while a Barcelona-style bar highlights hand-carved ham: a serrano, an Iberico Spallacia and an aged country variety. Sullivan Street Bakery breads, hot pretzels from Bronx Baking Co. and beer-friendly cheeses are also available, as well as mustards, pickles, coffees and chocolates.
