Time Out says

Sample Thomas Keller’s food for far less than it costs at Per Se. Though an open café setting in the middle of a mall in Columbus Circle is less than ideal, the fantastic sandwiches, salads and quiches make it worth braving the boisterous atmosphere. Sammies, around $13 a pop, are impeccably plated (though portions can be small), wine is available by the bottle or carafe, and impatient types can buy everything on the menu at the storefront across the way.
