Hurricane Sandy may have postponed the annual Village Halloween Parade, but it didn't stop one intrepid group of revelers from staging their own Halloween celebration. The folks at Kostume Kult—a sort of Burning Man–esque crew of artsy people—weren't able to hold their Halloween party last night (the shindig will now take place on Friday; check out our listing for details), so they organized an impromptu parade along Sixth Avenue.
