Hamilton Leithauser + Paul Moroon

At the end of 2013, local indie-rock faves the Walkmen announced an “extreme hiatus,” clearing the way for a steady stream of solo projects from its members. Both keyboardist Walter Martin and bassist Peter Matthew Bauer unveiled solo LPs in spring 2014, and frontman Hamilton Leithauser entered the fray shortly after with Black Hours. Last year Leithauser teamed up with guitarist Paul Maroon for Dear God, and judging by the album, you can expect some body-moving uplift at this show (we can’t help but think of Graceland) mixed in with Leithauser’s patented charismatic crooning
