Time Out says

1640 Park Ave between 116th and 117th Sts. Exercise and nutrition expert Gary Granata presides over this two-part pop-up—part of an outdoor event series hosted by forthcoming midtown restaurant Moscow 57. Relying on local ingredients available on the day, Granata will demo a range of dishes ($5–$15) inspired by his New Orleans roots, including a jambalaya and grilled gator sausage. Moscow 57 chef Seth Goldman will also be on hand, turning out Russian and Central Asian bites such as kebabs ($3–$5) and lima-bean hummus ($3). The jam-packed schedule features a slew of entertainment on both nights, including live music (jazz flutist Jan Leder, the M57 band), dancing (Strictly Tango NYC) and art (Leah McCloskey, Dan Root).
