As part of the series "Food Talks with Kitchen Arts & Letters," celebrated chefs and cookbook authors Daniel Patterson (a leading force in California cuisine as the chef at San Francisco's Coi) and Gabrielle Hamilton (of Prune) will discuss food and writing, to celebrate Patterson's anticipated new tome, Coi: Stories and Recipes. Both Patterson's book and Hamilton's James Beard Award–winning Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef will be on sale, and the books will be available for signing following the discussion.
