Darmstadt Institute Festival

The ambitious experimental-music upstart kicks off its third annual fest with the NYC premiere of Knots and Fields, a documentary by British artists Andrew Chesher and David Ryan about the legendary German new-music center in Darmstadt, from which the series takes its name.
