Saturday, August 17 marked another night of shake ’n' shimmy shenanigans in Williamsburg—Jonathan Toubin’s night of “maximum rock & soul,” the Soul Clap & Dance-Off affair, was back for another session of get-down fun at Brooklyn Bowl. With MTV Matt Pinfield as the guest jock and an all-star panel of judges (one that included MGMT’s Will Berman and Don Bolles of the Germs) awarding a cool 100 clams to the best dancer, there wertr certainly plenty of smiles—not to mention sweat.
