Thermometer, be damned: It ain't too early to start thinking about summer. This week's announcements of the by-day Governors Ball lineup and a free opening-night Celebrate Brooklyn! gig by Chi-town superdiva Chaka Khan on June 3 have got us fired up for the warm-weather concert season.
