No, it's not a WWII-era personal ad.
The curious classified below ran in the Newark Evening News on April 17, 1945, and was an effort by Port Authority to find men it could immediately employ as Auxiliary Traffic Officers.
Unlike pretty much any job posting you'd find today, the recruitment ad specifies that there's "no experience needed" for the job. It also notes that they're only looking for "Husky Men" over 5'8'' that weigh more than 150 lbs. (Maybe it's just us, but that seems like a pretty low bar for husky.) Preferred music preferences and hair color are not specified.
Then again, maybe if there'd been a few more husky gents working on the WTC Transportation Hub it would have opened on time. (Nah, probably not.)
