[title]
London-based restaurant chain Burger & Lobster—a clubby salutation to, well, it's in the name—came to our side of the pond in early 2015 with a Flatiron District outpost. Now the haven of hamburgers and whole lobsters gets a New York sibling at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre at One Bryant Park (123 W 43rd St), where the group has signed a 15-year lease.
The 150-seat restaurant, slated to open this fall, will feature the same minimal menu as its sister location, sporting just three items: a hamburger, lobster roll or a whole lobster, each served with fries and a side salad for $20. Clocking in at 8,900-square-feet, the multi-level space will be decorated with high-back red booths, two-story windows and 24-foot-high ceilings hung with a giant lobster sculpture, naturally.
