At pint-sized café Maman, Michelin-starred chef Armand Arnal brought Southern France—and some of the city's best chocolate chip cookies (one of our picks for NYC's Best Dishes & Drinks)—to SoHo. Tonight, he’s adding a late-night fondue dinner to the roster. The $65 prix fixe spread includes canapés, salads (pear and mixed greens, red cabbage and apple) and a shiny pot of melted three-cheese goodness (including Comte, Emmenthal and Beaufort) paired with roasted vegetables like mushrooms, brussels sprouts and broccoli, plus house-made croutons and a sweet berry crumble.

The dinners begin at 8pm every second Tuesday of the month and though reservations are hard to come by tonight, you can shoot an email over to the team (info@mamannyc.com) for a spot on January 13, February 10 and March 10. 239 Centre St between Broome and Grand Sts (212-226-0700, mamannyc.com)
