With Halloween fresh in the grave, New York marches full steam into holiday season, bringing back swanky winter markets and Christmas lights decking the streets. For turkey lovers, pastry maven Christina Tosi's Milk Bar is reprising its annual Thanksgiving croissant ($7) for the entire month of November.

Offered at the in-store locations only, the flaky creation is built with all the trimmings of a messy leftovers sandwich but comes wrapped in a neat pastry shell brushed with a traditional stuffing-flavored compound butter. That pastry is then folded over house-roasted shredded turkey, homemade gravy simmered with the bird's juices and a sweet red cranberry sauce.
Though the croissant is hearty enough for a full meal, pay an extra three bucks for a meal deal that comes with a side of cookies, chips or pretzels and any drink besides a milkshake. We can't promise you won't need a Turkey Day-worthy nap afterwards.
