Choose from ten beers on tap, including local favorites like Kelso IPA, Sixpoint Sweet Action and Original Sin Cider, or a small selection of poetry-inspired cocktails such as the Emerson (gin, sweet vermouth, fresh lime juice, maraschino liqueur) and the Sir Walter Scott (brandy, light rum, triple sec, grenadine, fresh lime juice). Patrons can also order from a selection of grilled cheeses and Niman Ranch hot dogs, accompanied by locally produced condiments like Mother-in-Law's kimchi and SchoolHouse Kitchen mustard.
