Time Out says

The concept is no concept, and the result is refreshing. No attitude, no supermodels, no $12 Appletinis, no goons at the door. This local pub does have a bit of polish, with a pressed-tin ceiling, old-fashioned tile floors and quiet tables where you can enjoy the generous, no-frills drinks. The soundtrack tends toward accessible rock piped in just softly enough not to overwhelm conversation. What a concept.
