The banquette-lined back room, with its flickering tea lights and exposed brick, is one of Bliss’s finer points: It offers a quiet escape when you can’t handle any more of the DJ’s pop tunes. Flat-screen TVs, cute bartenders, and modish red and orange lighting make for attractive scenery.
