Time Out says

Viennese artist Zipora Fried has opened this café specializing in Central European knödel. The dumplings come in both sweet and savory varieties. The former features farmer’s-cheese dough and a fresh-fruit center; the latter is topped with sauces, such as goulash. Fried plans to expand the dumpling and breakfast menus soon enough, though right now you can order the emperor’s pancake—a two-inch tall cake that’s shredded and served with plum compote and confectioner’s sugar. Coffees are brewed from Julius Meinl beans, and a frothed-milk beverage is flavored with…wait for it…Nutella!
