'Tis the season for great outdoor activities, and there isn't one quite like Adventures NYC. Truthfully, the name says it all. Make your way to Central Park—rain or shine—for a day of fun-filled things to do, including rock climbing, archery, obstacle races, GaGa, key log rolling, stand-up paddle boarding and so much more. You'll definitely want to have a good breakfast before heading to the park. You're going to have so much to do, and you'll definitely need your strength! The annual program will take place near the Bandshell Area, and you can enter the park at 72nd St. A limited number of passes with assigned time slots for zip lining and paddle boarding will be given out at 11am on a first-come, first-serve basis. Youngsters who want to participate in rock climbing, zip lining, stand-up paddleboarding, parkour, archery, wheelchair basketball, key log rolling and GaGa activities must have a parent sign a waiver and provide photo identification before participating. Youngsters under 18 must have a legal guardian present with photo i.d. to sign the waiver. Learn more on the NYC Parks website. All ages.
