Time Out says

Pier 25 is back and better than ever after being closed for repairs to the damage done by Hurricane Sandy. The exceptional playground is filled with all kinds of gorgeous play equipment (climbing walls included), plus a cool all-ages water feature (think buckets and dancing fountains). Just outside the playground you'll also find a skate park that's perfect for tweens, a mini golf course, and a field for kicking around a soccer ball or just having a picnic.
