Time Out says

Following 18 months of renovations post-Sandy, this quirky institution opens its doors again for a Memorial Day sneak peek. The Poor Man’s Riviera is preserved in all its grimy glory in this 1917 building; highlights include fun-house mirrors and vintage bumper cars. Check out a new addition—3D printed scale model of the original Luna Park by artist Fred Kahl and an installation by Africasso about life in the west end of Coney Island. The museum is a great place to find a clean bathroom, and pick up souvenirs, on a trip to the beach.
