Dalai Lama’s 80th Birthday and Global Compassion Summit

Turning 80 is a pretty big deal. And if you're the Dalai Lama? Well, pretty much anything you do is a big deal, which is why we feel honored that His Holiness has chosen to celebrate the occasion here in SoCal. He'll be leading the three-day Global Compassion Summit, including a birthday celebration on July 5 at the Honda Center. Following that, on July 6 and 7, the Dalai Lama will tackle climate change, discuss wisdom with Nobel laureates and stress the importance of education during three panels at the Bren Events Center at UC Irvine.
