A Street Af(fair)

The West Hollywood Design District and Parachute Market are teaming up this spring for the first ever Street Af(fair) design fair honoring two historic and influential design movements of Southern California—European-inspired Hollywood glamour and California Modernism—as they are exhibited today in the current LA designer and maker community. The outdoor marketplace will be reminiscent of classic European street fairs, with vendors from the East and West sides offering everything from locally made wares to environmental design, plus music, libations and food. Translucent panels will float above the attendees and vendors to create a cocoon-like experience, apropos for a fair held in the Design District.
