Two Boots (CLOSED)

This New York pizza parlor first popped up in Echo Park in 2009, offering Angelenos their wacky, new-age pizzas with a pop culture twist. Two Boots has since opened a second branch in Downtown along the Broadway Corridor. We're not exactly sure how Mr. Pink—inspired by Reservoir Dog's Steve Buscemi—has anything to do with a garlic-scented slice topped with Creole chicken, but it is as tasty as it is tongue-in-cheek. For the adventurous, there's plenty of non-traditional toppings (think artichoke, eggplant, and broccoli) to choose from. As for vegan and gluten-free diners, Two Boots has some mouth-watering options for you as well.
