In celebration of Culina’s fifth year anniversary, this world-renowned chef will dish out the likes of sea bass and beef fillet carpaccio with bone marrow, sea urchin and citrus dressing; handmade ravioli carbonara with prosciutto wrapped egg yolk, mascarpone and pancentta; and mascarpone ingot with caramelized nuts and coffee ice cream. Mollica will also serve up an equally drool-worthy à la carte menu for afternoon diners.
