Translated as 'garbage can,' this cozy French bistro is suitably well-worn, with vintage framed posters and a single wooden bench spanning one side of the room. However, looks can be deceiving, as Chef Johnny Zone (whose impressive resume includes time at Nobu, Bouchon and Gordon Ramsay at The London) proves with stellar classics like coq au vin, moules frites and lavender crème brûlée—not to mention a small but vivid cocktail list.
